“Wondang-Ki” means HOUSE OF LIGHT in Naga Lotha dialect.





WCF is a Registered Charitable Society under the Nagaland Societies Registration Act No: H/RS – 1766 Dt. 27/08/2001. The Foundation is charitable by nature with its mission “to give hope to the hopeless and home for the homeless” with its motto “ENTRUSTED TO TRANSFORM LIVES.”

Wondang-Ki Charitable Foundation (WCF) with its motto, "Entrusted to Transform Lives" is committed to providing charitable humanitarian service. It's sole objective is "making a difference" by giving a home to the homeless, a parent to the parentless, and a child to the issueless couple in their homes through legal adoption.

The Foundation's Vision and Mission are:
To facilitate opportunities that offer a better future and help individuals realize their full potential to become responsible citizens.

WCF adopts a four-pronged approach to carry out its Vision and Mission in our endeavor to making a difference. These are:
- Provide Quality Education.
- Help them achieve spiritual and social transformation.
- Empower and develop individuals through quality education and skill training, making them independent and resourceful citizens.
- Creating and protecting healthy environment in response to global climate change.

Welcome to Wondang-Ki Charitable Foundation (WCF).

I sincerely thank you for taking the time to visit our website and learn about our mission. For over two decades, WCF has tirelessly provided charitable services to girl children lacking parental love and support. Despite numerous challenges, we have offered these girls a loving home, quality education, and opportunities to build a bright future. Many of our girls have grown into responsible and successful individuals because of the care they received at Wondang-Ki.

WCF has also rescued over ninety (90) children who were abandoned, surrendered, or orphaned, helping them find permanent families through legal adoption. Additionally, we have assisted many childless couples in fulfilling their dreams of parenthood through our adoption services. Our commitment extends to various programs aimed at reaching more children in need, making a positive impact in their lives.

There is no greater contentment in live than serving those in need, I invite you to be a part of this mission; you can make a difference. Thank you for your support.
